We are working really hard internally in order to ensure we always deliver great customer service to our customers and ensuring that we always give good value in respect of tariffs and prices. Recently we ve had a high volume of calls and emails but that has now reduced significantly. I m writing this review in the hope it creates a response from oneselect. Thank you for your review.

I have been ringing for over a week but the hold time is unacceptable 20 mins and i give up so far they have also ignored my emails regarding the 142 22 they owe me. I shall lay one star on the tombstone of the defunct because of the endless headache i ve been going through since they went into administration. I can recommend oneselect to offer a fair deal with gas and electric and i have had no problems with them to date.

Second review for oneselect i ve written a negative review for oneselect before following my review they contacted me and sorted my problem out while it was a shame they didn t do this in the first place it would be remiss of me not to write another review to say that they did put the effort in after my original negative review. Confused website confusing process when moving to a new house threatening letters out of the blue when it was their fault for mismanaging my money. I switched to one select at the end of last year after having had seven hassle free and relatively cheap years with first utility. Together energy will honour all credit balances and any money owed to current customers is protected by ofgem.

Do not cancel your existing oneselect direct debit as this will automatically transfer to together energy. I have just spoken to a lovely gentleman named freddie at oneselect who was rather helpful in dealing with my query over my gas and electric statement and has adjusted my account accordingly as per my request.
