Bigblu trustpilot. I live on exmoor and satellite is the only usable internet i can get and bigblu have been great. I was a customer of big blu and its previous names onwave europasat since 2011. I find bigblu very good. I contacted bigblu customer services not knowing my best options whether to upgrade or change my system.

I had an e mail back at 9 48am and then 10 mins later received a call from emily at bigblu. I find bigblu very good. Bigblu were transparent in confirming that speeds have been compromised by the large influx of rural customers. Can you help please.

I have signed up for the new better service but i am unable to get into my account on the internet. Friendly helpful and professional. We have been with the company 2 years before they were bigblu and have always received excellent customer service. A young lady named alex dealt with my query in a very friendly and professional manner giving me unbiased advice.

I have recently moved to bigblu with an existing satellite broadband system and am impressed with the choice available for data limits. Earlier this year i received an email from finance department at bigblu informing me that i had not being paying my bill an urgent action to stop my service being disconnected. Link provided to satellite speed tests and clear information provided as to our next steps. We have been without internet for 5 days now trying to run a business.

I have a 100 cover when plugged in direct and 95 cover via my wifi. I submitted an online query at 9 38am. We have recently installed solar and battery storage which all have internet connections for data logging and were finding that we were running out of data at the end of each month.
